The company specialises in the extraction and production of their own olive oil and for third parties. It guarantees a high degree of selection for the raw materials chosen and used. It was created in 1989 after the family business was passed on from their father Santino, who was pioneering in the 1961/62 season in processing olives, and from whom we have inherited a passion for producing oil for more than 50 years.
Organic production started in 2004 following a more careful environmental management of productive processes and resources, as well as growing awareness of this healthy, natural product from our territory.
Our company’s philosophy and our sustained efforts have been awarded. In 2011 we were awarded the title of Best Organic Olive Oil in Sardinia and in 2012 the Best Organic Olive Oil in the World. We continue to constantly search for a completely natural quality with the aim of creating truly excellent selections that are nationally and globally recognised and valued.
