COOPERATIVA GHIVINE DEL G.R.A

The Ghivine Cooperative was founded in 1991 by a group of friends from the Environmental Research Group in Dorgali.

Our love and passion for our land are the key elements that have pushed us towards enhancing it, especially the historical, cultural and environmental aspects.

The recovery and management of important archaeological areas and promotion of naturalistic hikes are our strengths.

Thanks to our team spirit and enthusiasm for our work, over the last fifteen years, thousands of visitors from all over the world have had the chance to discover the many secrets of this extraordinary territory.

Guided visits to the various archaeological sites managed by us can be carried out by specialist sector workers, throughout the year.

In the area of trekking, our expert Interpretative Guides are able to accompany clients on exciting itineraries of every level of difficulty, both in the mountainous areas of Supramonte and along the coast of the Gulf of Orosei.  

Furthermore, our organisation makes use of a full range of vehicles to fulfil all types of travel, from off-road vehicles to take you into most inaccessible areas, to minibuses to transport groups along roads and finally boats for sea trips.

However, we aim to make known the historical and environmental aspects of the territory. It’s not limited to just tourists or trekking enthusiasts, we have been collaborating for many years with schools, universities, research groups, making our experience available to them.
