Nuragic building of Bau Nuraxi

Among the countryside of the territory of Triei rises the Nuragic building of Bau Nuraxi. The area was a place of study and renovation, before the mid-nineties it was difficult to recognize the nuraghe, the outer wall and the village that compose the site as the entire structure was covered with plants and weeds. Nowadays it is easy to recognize the architecture that consists of a central tower, which is the main one, in front of it you can see the presence of two other towers, unfortunately now half collapsed or buried, all around the outer wall that embraces the entire structure that probably, by observing and studying its shape, was composed of at least four towers, and finally in the area surrounding the nuraghe, numerous huts can be found, some larger others smaller, but all useful to understand and describe what was a large Nuragic residental area.
