Nuraghe of Bau ‘e Tanca

The nuraghe Bau'e Tanca is located at 1100 meters above sea level in a dominant position on the plateau. From the many Nuragic sites in the area, this one is the best preserved.  In fact, it preserves a central tholos, which can be accessed by a staircase at the top of the site. Next to the nuraghe, the remains of huts of a probable surrounding village can be found. The access is free in a few kilometers from the village.
