Caraocu Nuraghe and Preda Longa

The remains of several nuraghes are preserved in the territory of Loculi. Their arrangement shows how they are all interconnected, revealing a defensive strategic design of the Nuragic populations. Of all the monuments, the best preserved is the Caraòcu (or Corricanu), of which a five-metre high tower, the door with an architrave and a part of the cell remain. Due to its geographical position, however, the Preda Longa nuraghe is very picturesque, located near a natural splinter of considerable environmental interest.
