Cala Goloritze beach is the ideal stunning location for those travelers seeking the perfect connection between mountain and sea. It can be only reached by land starting from Golgo Plateau since from 1989 it is forbidden to moor at less than 300 metres from the shore. The path has a drop of 470 metres and requires about 1 hour and a half of walking. The beach, derived from a landslide that occurred in 1962, until the ‘80s had been mainly frequented by sport climbing practitioners. Its unspoilt beauty is framed inside the famous Pedra Longa limestone peak 128 metres high - a climbers paradise known worldwide - and by the arch of rock opening on the bay, right side which attracts hundreds of hikers every summer. The cove is surrounded by white limestone cliffs 500 metres high covered with Mediterranean scrub.
