Beaches of Posada

The Posada coastline, awarded the 5 Blue Sails every year, is one of the most fascinating coast on the island. You can unwind on its gorgeous, wild and unspoilt beaches such as Orvile and Iscraios or Su Tiriarzu, accessible by a small wooden bridge and surrounded by dunes and a beautiful pine forest. Behind the lagoon area can be found, alternating with Mediterranean scrub and consisting of the delta of the Rio Posada river, which flows directly from the mountains of the Tepilora Regional Park, and connects ponds with each other and with the sea. It is the habitat of various species of birds, including pink flamingos.
