Albino Manca Museum

The Museum of sculptures displays the bronze, marble, clay, medal, paintings, silver and wax donations of the great artist from Tertenia, Albino Manca to his hometown. The career of the artist from Ogliastra started in Rome during the years of fascism and consecrated in New York where he had the privilege of having one of his works, the magnificent eagle unveiled by President John Kennedy  in the Battery Park in Manhattan. The gate at the famous Children Zoo in the Central Park was made by him.
